This 13-week class provides opportunities to

 

• Deepen our self-understanding & increase self-awareness

• Discover the essence of who we are & our life purpose

• Develop our strong central core of beliefs

• Learn how to keep clear boundaries and develop a shield of protection

• Explore how our feelings and emotions ask important life-affirming questions

• Connect in meaningful ways with others who are also focused on their spiritual development

We have survived a crisis in our personal lives, in our culture and in our world.

Part 1: This has provided us an opportunity to look at what is truly important to us and to look at our FEARS: 

• What have we been afraid of losing? What have we lost?

• What do we need to let go of? What have we gained?

Part 2: VISUALIZE THE DREAM: How Do You Want to Live Your Life?
